"I am happy to say I talked to a insurance agent today that surpassed the former experience I had with an insurance company that I was with for 27 years! I never considered leaving that company but my rates just kept on rising and despite me trying to talk to someone in that company to discuss why the constant increase, I ended up hitting a dead end road. I thought I had an agent with that company but I think I talked to him maybe 2-3 times over the past 10 years. So today I decided to look around for a more reasonable rate and at last, I have a rate that would allow me to be able to afford another vehicle in the future if I wanted. Besides having a decent rate, I would like to take the opportunity to share my overall experience I had with Shane today. First of all I had a human experience. I talked to someone that was in touch with the struggles people face in everyday life. Insurance is not a luxury. It is a necessity. Shane was professional and thorough.He obviously loves what he does for work and went above and beyond while on the phone with me, making sure all my questions were answered. After hanging up I was left with the hope that good people still do exist in our world.I called my former insurance agent up and my original agent actually answered his phone. I told him to cancel my insurance starting immediately and his last words to me were, "if things don't work out we can give you a come back discount". Unbelievable! Call Shane at State Farm!"
