"I was told I could change my due date from Tuesday to Friday for more financial convenience since something financially inconvenient popped up. I was told it’s all set and I was reassured it’s easy and doable and no problem. Woke up the very next with a pending charge I was told wouldn’t be there till Friday and when I reach back out 3 different ways I haven’t had any reply back or explanation. I’d give zero stars if I could, can’t believe I was comforted to basically be lied to and put in the negative in my account"
