"I am happy to say I talked to a insurance agent today that surpassed the former experience I had with an insurance company that I was with for 27 years! I never considered leaving that company but my rates just kept on rising and despite me trying to talk to someone in that company to discuss why the constant increase, I ended up hitting a dead end road.
